GETTING to FT LAUDERDALEBooking your own flights Booking air flights to Ft Lauderdale for the Super Cruise is available at 330 days prior to travel dates
with most major airlines. Some airlines only permit booking reservations 4 - 6 months prior to travel dates. In the past, we have found the best rates are advance booking fares
available directly on airline web-sites or by calling directly. We encourage you to secure your preferred flights as soon as you are sure of your cruise
plans. If you plan to arrive in Ft Lauderdale a day or more early to book hotel reservations or if you plan to stay in Florida after the Super Cruise returns, you will want to book your

For 2009, we have chosen not to work with the cruise line for air flights. When we find that cruise line contracted rates are higher than that which can be booked, we
encourage our travelers to work separate from the cruise line. As an example, for Cleveland flights (our most popular city) MSC's contracted rate is over $500 when taxes are
included. Cruise lines work with the major airlines that elect to participate in their air program. This means that no specific airline, flight time or
nonstop service is confirmable in advance. If confirming a specific air carrier or nonstop flight is important to you, you may want to consider booking
your flights on your own to secure itineraries that suit your needs. Additionally, cruise line air flights are booked only on "day of departure and day of return" which is January 31
